Rob Havens

Rob loves working with his hands; and he brings a deep understanding of home construction and renovation to his real estate practice, giving his clients a distinct advantage when buying or selling a home. Before joining Compass, he completed an apprenticeship with a respected home builder, gaining firsthand knowledge of the costs, processes, and intricacies of rehabilitating properties. This experience has been invaluable in his own renovation of a long-abandoned home in the heart of the Main Line—an undertaking that has given him a keen eye for value, potential, and quality craftsmanship.

As a dedicated real estate professional, Rob is passionate about helping clients navigate the market with confidence, whether they are first-time buyers, investors, or sellers looking to maximize their return. Rob and his wife, along with their two children, love taking advantage of the Main Line’s community and amenities. Outside of real estate, he serves on the board of a local hospital foundation and enjoys sailing, as well as stand-up comedy. He is also a part-time trap shooting instructor.
