Rob Havens

Rob Havens is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson with Compass and a member of the Main Line Houses
Team. He works with buyers, sellers, and investors across the Main Line and surrounding Philadelphia
suburbs, helping clients compare homes, neighborhoods, condition, and long-term fit.

Rob brings a practical property perspective to his real estate work. Before building his real estate practice,
he gained hands-on experience in home construction and renovation, including an apprenticeship with a
respected home builder. That background helps him look closely at layout, condition, improvement potential,
and the details that can affect value.

His goal is to make the process feel clear and manageable. Whether a client is buying a first home,
preparing a property for sale, evaluating an investment, or comparing Main Line communities, Rob focuses
on practical advice, good communication, and a steady process from search or preparation through closing.
Rob is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania. He and his family enjoy living on the Main Line and
being part of the local community. Outside of real estate, he serves on the board of the Lankenau Medical
Center Hospital Foundation and enjoys sailing, stand-up comedy, and teaching trap shooting.
