About Robert

Robert Atmar is instrumental in delivering seamless and successful service to the Bayou City Life Group at Compass Real Estate. A self-described perfectionist, he's known for going above and beyond while exhibiting a tireless work ethic and outstanding professionalism in everything he does.. 

A native and lifelong Houstonian, Robert was drawn to real estate by the craftsmanship and elegance of the city's historic residences, particularly in the storied River Oaks, and historic Heights area. So, it's kismet that he's ended up working for Mark Standridge and Becky Davis, widely recognized for representing the classic bungalows and beautiful Victorian homes in the Greater Heights areas. 

Prior to real estate, Robert was an environmental, health and safety consultant for the oil and gas industry, where he developed his outstanding customer service, time management, critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills. 

Robert received a bachelor's degree in communications from Texas A&M University and was a member of the Fighting Texas Aggie Band Class of 2008. He resides in the Spring area with his partner Derek, and their beloved pets Rocky, Stella and Milo.
