Robert L. Edie is a Broker Associate of the California-based real estate conglomerate, Compass.

A visionary leader in the real estate industry, Robert has specialized in the Malibu and Los Angeles real estate markets for nearly two decades. Having grown up on Point Dume, he has extensive knowledge of coastal development projects and his work has played a key role in the renewal and gentrification of the coastline. He has been involved in the sale of everything from tear down properties to luxury homes on nearly every stretch of beach along the Malibu coastline.

In 2013, he created the brand PCH Estates and has been selling residential real estate with the support of his team and colleagues. He quickly became one of the top producing independent residential brokers in his field and in 2017 successfully merged his company PCH Estates with Compass.

A hallmark of his success has been his determination, patience, and open communication with his clients. He believes that hard work, exceeding client expectations, and going the extra mile pays off. Robert is an alumnus of the University of Southern California and resides with his family in Malibu and Venice.
