Robert Lizardi

Starting in real estate in 1995 has afforded Robert not only exemplary knowledge of the industry but an impeccable reputation for outstanding service and results. Beginning in the Baltimore market for nine years and, subsequently, the DC market, Robert is a full-service professional holding DC, Maryland & Virginia licenses. With a particular focus on sales and rentals inside the Beltway, his expertise runs the gamut: first-time buyers, long-time homeowners, large corporation executives, World Bank staffers, and embassy appointees, to name a few. Regardless of property type, he's adept at orchestrating even the most complex contract negotiations. As a seasoned agent, Robert is well liked and well connected within the DC area brokerage community which gives him a distinct advantage as an industry favorite, deal-maker and networker.

Fluent in both Spanish and English, Robert was born and raised in Panama where he learned the ropes of real estate assisting his mother who was in the business at the time. While he has lived in Sarasota, Florida as well as throughout the DC suburbs, Robert has called The District home since 2004 and has lived in two of its four jurisdictions. Prior to real estate, Robert worked in the travel industry. In his spare time, he remains an avid traveler as well as a car fanatic and gardening enthusiast.
