2025 marks 20 years in the real estate business—and 20 years married to my wife and business partner, Tania Macketichian (DRE #01782751). We’re a husband-and-wife team that’s built a business on experience, precision, and human connection. She’s amazing at the things I’m not, and together we make one powerful (and fun) duo.

Over the past two decades, I’ve personally helped hundreds of families buy and sell homes—many in the $1M to $3M range—and built a referral-based business that continues to grow year after year. Outside of real estate, Tania and I love living the life we help others find. We’re beach lovers, adventure seekers, dog parents, pickleball addicts, and travel enthusiasts. Tania’s originally from Australia, and Orange County’s coastal lifestyle has become our shared paradise. We love movement, great food, meaningful connections, and joy—lots of joy.
