Robert McCain

Robert McCain, a native New Yorker, works closely with individual clients, investors and residential real estate developers and has over 20 years of experience in representing buyers and sellers across all property types. His primary focus is resales of co-ops, condominiums and single-family townhouses across Manhattan and Brooklyn, as well as new development design, consulting, marketing and sales. Robert and his partner, Kristina Wallison are responsible for over $1 billion in sales.

In addition to working with buyers and sellers on re-sales, Robert’s past experience includes directing and managing the design, planning, marketing and sales of new development properties. His most recent project was co-directing the sales and marketing of 70 Vestry, a new construction condominium in Tribeca, designed by Robert A.M. Stern and developed by Related Companies. His past developments include the Philip House, a pre-war conversion on the Upper East Side, TriBeCa’s 140 Franklin Street and the Devonshire House in Greenwich Village, among many others.

Robert also restores and re-develops Landmark District townhouses back into single-family homes in New York City and is an active real estate equity investor. Current and past projects include townhouse conversions in West Chelsea and NoHo, as well as an international boutique hotel, restaurants and a performing arts theater in Panama City, Panama.

A graduate from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, he later earned a Master’s degree in Real Estate Development and Investment from NYU. Robert lives with his wife and three sons in West Chelsea and served as a Vice Chair of the Board of Trustees of Grace Church School until 2019.
