Real estate has been a passion of mine since the mid-1990s when I made my first successful property investment in San Francisco. That exhilarating experience was the catalyst that drove me to leave my corporate strategy job and enter the world of real estate. Ever since, I've been dedicated to helping my clients navigate the complex world of real estate transactions.

As a licensed broker with 30+ years of experience, I have negotiated over $500 million in real estate transactions, ranging from single-family homes to large investment properties. I've also worked as a sales and marketing executive for real estate and mortgage tech startups, mastering the modern technologies and marketing strategies needed to best serve my clients.

My approach to business is grounded in building meaningful relationships with my clients, always seeking to understand their unique needs and objectives. Whether it's a first-time homebuyer, the sale of the family home, or a seasoned investor, I help them achieve their goals in the most efficient and low-stress way possible. I'm personally involved throughout the entire process, providing ongoing support and guidance long after a transaction has closed. I remain flexible and adaptable, always prepared with a solid plan, but nimble in the face of unexpected challenges.

As a lifelong learner, I'm continuously studying innovative business and negotiation techniques from real estate and other industries and adapting them to my practice. With my deep knowledge of the local Bay Area market and solid Midwestern work ethic (having been born and raised in Iowa), I offer a unique perspective to my clients.

When I'm not working hard for my clients, you can find me spending quality time with my daughter or volunteering in the community, supporting local schools, theater, and dance companies.
