Roberto Lizarralde

My name is Roberto Lizarralde, a Colombian immigrant who has been in the United States for the past 20 years. I currently reside in Miramar, Florida. I am a father to three beautiful daughters, a grandfather to four adorable grandchildren, and deeply in love with my wonderful wife. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, volunteering in the community, and serving God through my church. Additionally, I love to travel and explore new places while learning about different cultures. For the past five years, I have been actively pursuing a career in Real Estate. As a member of the Miami Association of Realtors, I stay continuously updated, ensuring that I can offer professional and high-quality services to my clients.

My passion for real estate developed after migrating to the United States. Before this, I practiced architecture for 35 years, having graduated from Catholic University in Colombia. I am incredibly grateful for the extensive and diverse experience I gained during my architectural career, which included design, urbanism, construction, and a variety of projects such as commercial, institutional, and residential developments.

I consider myself a proactive leader, as demonstrated by my management and administration of various construction and commercial projects. As a project manager and construction administrator, I oversaw the progress of numerous projects and developed and designed plans in AutoCAD to initiate the construction process. My architectural expertise encompasses condominiums, residential developments, commercial buildings, office buildings, institutional projects, schools, and hotels.

I believe my extensive experience, coupled with my organizational skills, responsibility, creativity, and adaptability, is invaluable in my Real Estate career. Advising clients, finding the perfect home, and successfully negotiating and closing real estate transactions require a dedicated, patient, honest, and persistent agent with strong moral and spiritual values. My drive and passion for serving and helping others enable me to meet my clients' objectives and expectations, contributing to my success in this field.
