Robin Dykes is a true Del Mar expert, having been a resident of the area since 1999, with the exception of a brief four-year period in Silicon Valley. With nearly 20 years of experience in sales, marketing, and active community involvement, Robin is a dynamic and knowledgeable professional dedicated to providing exceptional service and delivering outstanding results.
As a member of M&A (Machoskie & Associates), a team led by Katie Machoskie, Robin takes great pride in her local expertise. M&A is a top team in Southern California, led by one of REAL Trends America’s Best Real Estate Agents from 2017 to 2022, and is affiliated with REALM, COMPASS Military Division, and The Private Client Network, a national team of Compass agents with a remarkable $8.4 Billion in sales for 2022. With deep roots in the community, Robin and her husband have raised their two children in Del Mar, Solana Beach and Los Altos, where they currently attend local schools. Robin has been extensively involved in the PTA School Boards in both Del Mar and Los Altos Hills, currently serves as a director on her HOA Board at Sea Point in Del Mar, and is an acive member of Solana Beach Presbyterian Church, Her passion for real estate was sparked when she purchased her first home as a single woman at the age of 29. Since then, she has gained valuable insights into real estate transactions and property renovation through her personal experiences of buying, selling, and supervising extensive remodeling projects with her husband.
Robin holds a B.A. in English Literature from the University of Colorado and in her free time, she enjoys walking her dog, going to the beach, and serving her community, further solidifying her deep connection to the local area
