Originally from Brooklyn, she attended high school and college in the city and has lived in Manhattan as well as Westchester County; therefore, she can offer firsthand insight into New York City neighborhoods and suburban communities alike. She raised her children in both the city and suburbs, and so she understands the particular needs of families and can advise them on matters ranging from property features to schools to local resources. Over the years, she has also dealt with differing priorities and practicalities for those relocating to the city.

A Columbia University economics major who became a licensed stockbroker at only 18 years of age, she has significant financial acumen. As founder and chairwoman of a pioneering nationwide picture-framing business that has operated for nearly three decades and is a strategic partner to the largest U.S. retailer, Robin is also a highly skilled negotiator and problem-solver. In addition, her business expertise comes with aesthetic aptitude. Since her company serves many of the world’s leading fine art photographers, she has developed a keen eye for design and décor.
