Robin Weiden

Robin Weiden is a native New Yorker and a Principal at Compass, representing buyers and sellers across New York City with a thoughtful, strategic approach and a deep understanding of the market. She is known for guiding clients through the complexities of buying, selling, and renting with clarity, discretion, and efficiency.

Originally from Brooklyn, Robin attended high school and college in New York City and has lived in Manhattan, Westchester County, Los Angeles, and La Jolla. This breadth of experience gives her a well-rounded perspective on both city and suburban living. Having raised her children in New York and Southern California, she understands the evolving needs of families and provides practical, informed guidance on everything from property features to schools and local resources. She is also highly experienced in assisting clients relocating to New York.

Robin’s professional background brings a distinct advantage to her clients. A Columbia University economics major and FINRA Series 7 licensed at 18, she offers strong financial acumen and analytical insight. She is also the Founder and President of a pioneering nationwide picture-framing company with over 30 years of success, where she has developed deep expertise in negotiation, positioning, and problem-solving through long-standing partnerships with major national retailers.

In addition, Robin brings a refined eye for design. Through her work with many of the world’s leading fine art photographers, she has cultivated a strong sense of aesthetics, which she applies when advising clients on presentation, marketing, and potential.

Now operating independently, Robin offers a highly personalized level of service, supported by the powerful platform and resources of Compass. She is committed to delivering a seamless, well-managed experience and consistently strong results.

Outside of real estate, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and experiencing the cultural and culinary richness of New York City.
