Team Lead Robyn Phipps has been a full time residential broker since 2003. She's built her skills working with buyers and sellers in every phase of life, from first time buyers to established 2nd home owners and luxury buyers to investors.

Her experience has earned her a spot as one of the top agents in her market area and provided her the opportunity to consistently being named as one of the highest producers in Arvada and the surrounding areas. In recent years, no agent, team or even brokerage has sold more homes in Olde Town Arvada than Robyn and team.

Robyn's success in selling the west side is only as good as each satisfied buyer and seller, and she is dedicated to continuing that success one home and one client at a time. In recent years, the team's clients have largely been from those both referred and from repeat clients. No stranger to real estate from early on, Robyn is the product of a general contractor father who built and sold custom homes and a mother who was one of the highest producing luxury agents in South Florida. After a decade as a PR and marketing professional, she realized her own calling in helping home buyers and sellers.

Robyn's marketing background adds a unique perspective to her listing campaigns that has helped clients achieve record attention for their properties and, as a result, record sales prices. The Tower Team is known for their unique and valuable approach to branding, home staging, copy writing, print marketing, and their vast listing marketing reach, both on and offline. "My goal is for a buyer to be absolutely in love with a property before they ever walk in the door. If they haven't hit 'refresh' on the virtual tour at least half a dozen times before their first showing, I'm not doing my job."

Robyn is an Arvada resident of 25 years, transplanted to the state after falling in love during family Spring Break ski trips. She's personally invested in multiple Arvada area homes and current owns and hosts multiple, highly successful short term rentals. In 2017, Robyn launched Tower Staging & Design to expand the burgeoning staging and design consultation side of her business and provide those services to investors, real estate agents and homeowners, outside of the properties the team was taking to market.

When not selling real estate, you'll find Robyn heading to a new international travel destination with her family, attempting to master culinary skills or redecorating one of her investment properties!
