I’ve called Boulder home for the past 13 years, raising my two teenagers in Table Mesa and staying deeply connected to our South Boulder community. I know these neighborhoods firsthand — the schools, the trails, the block-by-block nuances that influence both lifestyle and property value. That local knowledge matters when you’re making one of the biggest financial decisions of your life.

Real estate has always been part of who I am. I grew up touring homes under construction with my family, developing an eye for architecture, design, and long-term investment potential. Today, I use that perspective to help buyers see opportunity where others see work, and to help sellers present their homes in a way that maximizes value. I’ve personally renovated multiple homes in South Boulder, so I understand both the emotional and financial sides of improving a property.

Before transitioning into residential real estate, I built my career in marketing and business development at Microsoft, Mountain Travel Sobek, and Inspirato. As Head of Hotel Acquisitions and Development at Inspirato, I negotiated multimillion-dollar real estate partnerships built on trust and long-term strategy. That experience directly informs how I advocate for my clients — from pricing strategy and positioning to navigating complex negotiations.
