"I can't speak highly enough of my experience with Rodney. This is my second time to purchase a home with very little knowledge about how to find the next "perfect" right place. I did not want to feel like I was giving up anything buying and moving into a new home. When I walked into this home, I knew it was mine. I thought the home was a little out of my budget and there were many questions about how could we make this deal work? I met with a couple of realtors before Rodney, and had even spent sometime but I knew instantly that Rodney was the realtor for me the moment I met him. He is honest, transparent and hands-on (he even crawled into the attic with me to check insulation and details of the total renovation the home had undergone), and he really helped to take the pressure off of me by being honest which allowed me to travel during the time I needed to close escrow.

I never felt forced to make an offer and never felt like there were any details being left out, as me and the seller got lots of time to dialogue come to an agreement together. Rodney walked me through every step of the negotiations, even facilitating letter from the seller to explain the history of the home and answer any questions I had. I think this was an unconventional approach but it worked for me and the seller and I thank Rodney for that! I really feel like this was a win for all of us! And overall that is what I wanted most.
