In my over thirty-seven years as a full-time Real Estate Agent in Santa Cruz County and over the course of numerous transactions I have developed many skills and cultivated a large network of professionals in the field essential to this business.
I have developed land, built homes, remodeled and bought and sold many homes over the years. Because I have owned and invested in real estate, I understand how it feels to be a buyer, seller, developer and investor. I am passionate about real estate and enjoy sharing my knowledge, experience, and local connections with others.

My wife, Elaine, and I make our home in Soquel along with one cat Mai Tai. We also owned and operated Eco Goods for almost 30 years, an environmental general store in downtown Santa Cruz. I also owned and operated a Fish Farm in the Mojave desert. My education includes a B.S. in Fisheries Biology before moving to Santa Cruz.
