consultant serving the Monterey Bay and Silicon Valley submarkets prior to

credit/loan officer and portfolio manager for a local commercial bank’s technology
banking franchise.

Roger’s educational achievements include a Bachelor of Science in Finance and
Business Administration from San Jose State University. His blend of financial

Denise, and a loving father to their three children. In addition to his professional
