Roger and his wife Katie moved to Boulder in 2001, seeking to upgrade their lifestyle from their east coast roots. They chose Boulder because of the access to world-class skiing, healthy lifestyle, stunning natural beauty, and unique and vibrant culture Boulder offers. Roger began his real estate career fixing and flipping homes. After several successful projects, he decided to focus his efforts solely on helping buyer and seller clients. While his business is based in Boulder, he's also an expert in surrounding towns including Longmont, Louisville, Lafayette, Gunbarrel, Niwot and Nederland.

Born and raised in Connecticut, Roger is the youngest of seven children. His father, Mort Walker, was the creator and drew the comic strip Beetle Bailey for over 65 years. Roger and Katie have three boys, including twins born on April Fool’s Day, who now attend CU Boulder. He stays active in his free time, skiing at many of the top ski resorts, paddleboarding at the Boulder Reservoir, playing golf at the beautiful public courses, and fishing the local streams. He is also volunteer as a bird monitor for local birds of concern, practices yoga regularly, and makes it a point to be grateful each day for living in this amazing community.
