Roger Ward

During his 20 years in commercial and residential real estate, Roger has acquired a depth and breadth of experience that makes him uniquely qualified to help his clients achieve their goals.

For over 15 years, Roger worked as a commercial real estate consultant and appraiser with Appraisal Associates in Chicago. Clients included financial institutions, law firms, government agencies and property owners. Assignments ranged from small single-tenant commercial buildings to large multi-tenant income properties, including retail centers, hotels, and large office buildings. His work at Appraisal Associates sharpened his analytical skills as well as his understanding of market dynamics, data research, and property fundamentals.

Concurrent with his appraisal and consulting activities Roger has represented buyers and sellers since 2000 and is very pleased to now be associated with Compass Real Estate Company.

It is Roger’s firm belief that a down market is the best time to build a real estate portfolio and that today’s market represents unprecedented opportunities.
