Rolan Meyer

Rolan began his real estate career at 18 in New York City while working toward a Bachelor's Degree. Shortly after graduating, he pivoted his career and spent a number of years managing some of New York’s top restaurants. Rolan’s time spent in hospitality and his passion for working with people ultimately led him back to the world of real estate, where he found he could build deeper, more sustained relationships with his clients.

After falling madly in love with a Los Angeles native, the two decided to trade in the cold northeast winters for the beach and sunshine and settled back in LA. Rolan focuses on having an open, honest dialogue with his clients so that they are comfortable and feel informed throughout each step of the real estate process. His personable and positive demeanor make working with him not just seamless but enjoyable. As a homeowner, investor, and house-flipper Rolan knows exactly what to look for in the deal.

In his downtime, Rolan loves to hit the beach with his wife, Sara, son Elio, and pup, Rosie. On long weekends, they enjoy hopping in the car to escape LA and explore the open road. He loves the workouts as well as the community at his Crossfit gym.  Because of his years spent running restaurants, Rolan is really well versed in food and drinks and always has an eye on what’s new in that scene.
