He listens first, asks thoughtful questions and works to understand the full picture before offering advice. The goal isn’t to convince someone to buy or sell. It’s to help them understand what they’re choosing and feel confident in the decision they ultimately make.

He has served the Naples Area Board of REALTORS® in numerous leadership roles and has been a longtime member of its Professional Standards Committee, where he currently serves as Vice Chair. He is a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, holds GUILD recognition, and has earned both the Resort and Second Home Property Specialist designation and NAR’s Commitment to Excellence endorsement.
