I would give Rondo a 12/10. Iām a first-time home buyer, and naturally, the process was very daunting. I didnāt even know that I needed a realtor to help me through the process. Buying your first home can be a very overwhelming and stressful experience. But working with Rondo took all the stress and anxiety away. He was very knowledgeable, professional, responsive, and very easy to work with. Rondo listened to us and followed the instructions provided to him. We were chosen from many offers, some of which were a higher dollar amount than my offer.
