Ronnie Friedman

Born in Mexico City and raised in Holliston, Ronnie’s connection to Needham goes back to 1985, when his father opened an optical business in town. Ronnie took over in 2009 and led it for 14 years before selling it. Through the business, he got to know the community and the people who live there. In 2015, he made Needham his home.

After selling the business, Ronnie turned his attention to residential real estate, investing in and developing homes across Greater Boston, including in Needham. As a developer, he works with architects, builders, and other professionals to bring projects to life. That experience has shaped his perspective on location, design, and what makes a home appealing to the people who will live in it.

Today, Ronnie brings his experience as a property owner and developer to his work with buyers and sellers. He knows Needham through years of living and working here, and he understands the neighborhoods and features that matter to local buyers. Ronnie also understands the personal side of every move. He takes time to learn what excites his clients, what worries them, and what they need to feel confident in a decision.

Ronnie is a member of The Samantha Eisenberg Group at Compass. He joined the team for its strong track record, deep local knowledge, and collaborative approach to serving clients.
