Ronnie Lee Booth III

Living in Nashville for nearly 20 years, Ronnie Lee considers himself a native Nashvillian.

Early on, he found a niche in Infill Development and focused on finding new opportunities for builders and developers within the Nashville core. With over 12 years of experience, he has worked across a full spectrum of real estate transactions; from single family homes to undeveloped land, commercial retail to large (100+ Door) multi-family projects, Ronnie Lee has experience in it all.

With a fervent drive toward sales innovation and creative selling, He honed his skills as a listing agent with a focus off-market listing sales, resulting in 50% of his new constructions sales being sold off the MLS.

In 2020, he began investing and developing infill projects himself in the growing neighborhood Chestnut Hill. Focusing on educating himself on the building process, he worked as co-general contractor on each home constructed. With a conviction to build an impeccable product for the consumer, through blood, sweat, and tears built each with an incredible attention to detail. As a result, 80% of the homes he built sold for record high prices in the neighborhood.

Motivated by a desire to give back to the Realtor community that had supported him, Ronnie Lee began serving on numerous boards and committees at the Greater Nashville Association of Realtors, the Tennessee Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. At the national level, he served on the board responsible for overseeing the disbursement of funds for RPAC, the largest political action committee in the United States. Locally, he currently serves as the development liaison for the Trimble Action Group (T.A.G.) neighborhood organization.

At home, Ronnie Lee is a proud father to two precious little girls named Elsie Rose (8) and Isla (6). Being an active and engaged father is his most treasured responsibility.
