Chris and Sarah have a combined 20 years of real estate experience in the greater Seattle area, with a
strong client relationship focus and naturally social personalities.
Sarah’s best strength is working with home sellers. She holds a degree in public relations and uses her background in marketing as well as her real estate start in new construction to fully understand how to best market a home to get her clients exactly what she wants. She focuses on getting her clients top dollar for their homes while making the sales process stress-free and easy – so sellers can know they’re in good hands and focus on their next move.
Chris knows that working with buyers in real estate isn’t a sales job; it’s client service. He combines expertise and empathy to help buyers navigate through one of the biggest decisions of their lives – and will never push a client to make a decision that doesn’t feel right. Chris and Sarah live in West Seattle with their two children, Henry and Gemma, and their dogs Marshawn and Chancellor. In their free time, they cheer on the Seahawks and have a love-hate relationship with the Mariners. For every buyer and seller they help close on a sale, Chris and Sarah donate a portion of their commission to Ben's Fund, which provides grants to help children with autism reach their full potential.
