The three have collaborated on the Roots Home Sales Team to bring their clients proven systems and processes that allow them to serve with a greater reach and more efficiency. They are committed to forming a high tech, high touch operation that is responsive to the realities of today’s shifting market.

It's important to note that since teaming up, Reed, Robin and Dale and have one purpose at the forefront of it all, to improve their overall value proposition to their clients. They are doing so by sharing each other's best practices, leveraging the best tech platform in the industry with Compass -- to market our clients' listings, better communicate with our clients throughout the home buying and selling process -- and to provide timely market education.

They are using this softer season in the market to improve systems, increase communication and engagement with current and past clients, and incorporate more Compass technology into all aspects of the day-to-day businesses.

The team recently added Travis Carey to its roster. Travis is a seasoned investor with extensive experience acquiring, rehabbing, renovating, and renting single-family properties throughout the Denver metro area with an eye on maximizing equity by efficiently building value. He is a skilled contractor and landlord who is willing to share his 10+ years of experience with his growing clientele.
