Rosa Gil

Primarily serving Palm Beach and the surrounding area, Rosa has over five years of industry expertise, specializing in luxury sales and high-end luxury leases. 

Born in New York City, she grew up in Florida and lived in Los Angeles for the past 10 years. Before becoming a real estate agent, Rosa worked at Ford Dealership, where she moved up the ranks to become the Internet Sales Manager, leading a team of four representatives. She moved to Los Angeles in pursuit of other opportunities, where she opened a salon studio and was featured in Refinery29’s tutorial series. By 2017, she transitioned into a real estate career, where through hard work and dedication she sold over $5 million dollars in sales in 2021. She recently obtained her Florida real estate license and works with clients on the West and East Coast.

Dedicated and passionate, Rosa understands what it means to overcome adversity. This means she will advocate for her clients at every turn. Whether she’s working with first-time buyers, area transplants, or sellers, she helps her clients navigate through dynamic, competitive real estate markets, helping them pursue their real estate goals along the way. Rosa conducts herself to the highest ethical standards and always puts the needs of her clients first. Rosa works with buyers and sellers in the area, particularly first-time buyers and move-up buyers. She also works closely with new condo developers, helping her clients get into these up-and-coming properties. 

Beyond her thriving real estate career, Rosa likes to stay incredibly active by staying healthy and being a community advocate. She is a staunch supporter of wildlife conservation and protecting the environment. When she isn’t conducting real estate transactions, you can find Rosa cycling, lifting weights, hiking, heading to the beach, playing sports, and spending time in the great outdoors.
