Rosa has lived in Westchester County for most of her life. She graduated with a degree in Business Administration from Iona College. She worked in publishing and advertising industries as a budget analyst for 15 years. She has raised her 3 children in Pelham and during that time she has worked with her husband, a well-known local contractor and builder in Southern Westchester, and also managed his rental properties.
