Ever since Rosa can remember, she’s been in the business of making people feel home. Providing world-class service is Rosa’s passion, and as a dedicated Realtor, it’s also her mission: to take care of every buyer or seller as if they’re part of the family. Although born in Cuba, Rosa has called the DMV region home since the young age of 2, making her an unrivaled expert on its many advantages and nuances. When Rosa was just 16 years old, she launched her career in hospitality, working her way up the ranks from waitress, to Front of the House manager at Jaleo DC, one of the busiest and most acclaimed restaurants in the city where her smile and service were legendary. Over her prosperous 30-year career in restaurants, Rosa was known as the ultimate curator of the guest experience, designing every detail imaginable—from the way servers interacted with guests, to the glassware on the table. And although Rosa thrived in the world of hospitality, she always saw herself in real estate, a field that fuses her eye for design, penchant for service, and fascination with architecture. She officially made the transition in 2015 and hasn’t looked back since.

Today, Rosa leverages her service-driven philosophy and creative instincts to make every client’s experience both seamless and successful. She partners with clients in all price points and phases of life—from couples looking for that first home to accommodate their growing family (furry or otherwise:-), to those moving from the house where they once raised theirs.
