Rosalie Ingles

Rosalie Ingles became a REALTOR® to help people find homes and properties that suit their needs. With a background in property management and leasing, transitioning to real estate felt like a natural progression. Eager to join Latter & Blum and participate in the Multiple Listing Service, she values the strict code of ethics that distinguishes REALTORS® from other sales agents in the industry.

Her educational journey began at Alfred Bonnabel High School, where she focused on business studies, followed by legal secretarial coursework at Phillips Junior College. She then spent a year at the University of New Orleans studying business administration. Rosalie’s real estate training started at Donaldson Real Estate School, where she became a sales agent, and continued at First Professional Real Estate School, where she earned her Real Estate Broker's License.

A lifelong local resident, Rosalie currently lives in Harahan with her spouse and two children. She cherishes time with family and friends and looks forward to summer vacations at the beach. Her goal is to excel in helping others achieve their dreams and successfully close on their ideal properties.
