She began her professional career representing both buyers and sellers throughout Pasadena, San Marino, La Canada, South Pasadena and the expansive San Gabriel Valley transacting over 300 sales in her 21-years as a Realtor. Rosanne earned the prestigious "President's Circle" Designation, placing her in the top 5% of Agents in her first 5 years in the industry, in recognition of her hard work, diligence and successful transaction history. In order to best serve her wide and diverse client-base, Rosanne expanded her sales area in the last 10 years to the Westside including Beverly Hills, Pacific Palisades, Brentwood, Santa Monica and Malibu. Rosanne earned two undergraduate degrees from the University of Southern California in Public Relations and Communication Arts & Sciences, respectively. She enjoyed a successful career in Entertainment Marketing and Public Relations prior to becoming a Pasadena-Based Realtor in 1999. Rosanne’s history of working with high-profile television, movie, media and sports celebrities offered her a natural segue into estate home sales as this is a very personal experience for those investing in family home purchases. She worked closely with the late President Ronald Reagan and his wife, Nancy, to orchestrate, “LA’s Farewell Salute To Reagan,” the Pre-Inaugural Luncheon and Ceremony in honor of his Presidential Victory prior to serving 8 years in the White House as our Nation’s 40th President. Rosanne’s continued work in public relations afforded her with executing promotional efforts and special events for Steve Garvey, (Los Angeles Dodgers’ 1981 World Series First-Baseman and San Diego Padres’ Ballplayer), Ron Cey, (Los Angeles Dodgers’ and Chicago Cubs’ Third-Baseman), the California Council of the American Institute of Architects, the California Grocer's Association as well as the 7-Up and Coca Cola Bottling Companies.
