Born in California and raised in Westchester, New York, Rose lived in multiple cities on both coasts before spending 26 years in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado. She now splits her time between the Denver metro area and the Stamford, CT area, serving buyers and sellers in both regions. Having moved so many times herself, she has a firsthand appreciation for the importance of home, a sixth sense for finding the perfect property, and a cognizance for embracing different walks of life.

Rose works closely with her clients to educate them on every facet of the home buying or selling process, so they feel empowered to make the wisest decision for their unique circumstances. When working with buyers she excels at finding properties that suit her clients’ wants and needs, and when working with sellers she relies on her keen eye and precise level of expertise to prepare their homes for the marketplace. She’s extremely knowledgeable in pricing and market trends, and works closely with stagers, transaction coordinators and marketing strategists to ensure no detail goes unnoticed.

Rose is principal of the Black Diamond Team, which operates in the Fairfield County, CT area and the Front Range/Denver metro area, respectively. As an expert in both ever evolving markets, she’s earned several industry designations, including: Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), Certified Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), and Certified Staging Advocate (RESA-CSA). Rose holds an upstanding reputation in the industry, as an avid volunteer, businesswoman and community leader. As a testament to this, the majority of her business comes from referrals and repeat clients who say they appreciate her knowledge, trustworthiness and honesty.

Her 3 sons have since settled on the East Coast, and in addition to spending time with them, her husband, and their most recent addition to the family, her Bernedoodle pup, Winston, Rose shares a passion for cooking and entertaining, and loves hosting friends and family.
