Iā€™m the principal of the Black Diamond Team, working in both the Denver metro/Front Range and Fairfield County, CT markets. I hold designations including Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), and Certified Staging Advocate (RESA-CSA). Most of my business comes from repeat clients and referrals, which means everything to meā€”itā€™s built on trust, relationships, and results.


ABOUT ME

Iā€™ve lived in a lot of places over the yearsā€”born in California, raised in Westchester, New York, and spending over 25 years in Colorado before now splitting my time between Denver and Stamford, Connecticut. Because of that, I truly understand what it means to move, to start fresh, and to find a place that feels like home.

Having gone through many moves myself, I know how emotional and overwhelming it can be at timesā€”and that perspective really shapes how I work with my clients. Everyoneā€™s situation is different, and I always try to meet people where they are and help them move forward in a way that feels right for them.

Outside of real estate, my favorite thing is simply being with my family. My three sons are on the East Coast, and I love spending time with them, my husband, and our Bernedoodle, Winston. I also love cooking, entertaining, and bringing people togetherā€”my motto has always been: the more, the merrier.
