About RoseAnne
With over a decade of experience as a real estate professional and deep love for her native New York, RoseAnne has been integral in helping many clients find their dream spaces in this great city. After graduating from Brooklyn College's School of Business and Finance, it didn't take RoseAnne long to realize her passion for real estate. She spent 10 years submerged in her family's construction management business, and ultimately used her skills and resourcefulness to find the company an ideal property when the time came to relocate. Her experience in designing and developing the space, coupled with her similar experience with downtown Brooklyn landmark restorations and boutique developments, have showcased her talents and eye for that "perfect property."
As the youngest of four, RoseAnne is no stranger to the thrill of a good challenge. She draws upon this perseverance and empathy when helping clients identify the right real estate fit for their needs. "Finding that special home is an emotional experience, which is why I take my clients' unique wants and needs so personally," says RoseAnne of her approach. My clients are my top priority, and I am committed to ensuring that they are comfortable and happy throughout every step of the process.
Outside of her professional life, RoseAnne most enjoys travel throughout Europe. Fluent in Italian, she loves relaxing on the beautiful beaches of Sicily, taking in the local culture, or visiting family and friends in various Northern and Southern regions of Italy. While traveling in Europe, RoseAnne loves to explore new places and other beautiful destinations such as her latest trip to Lagos, Portugal. A resident of the Bay Ridge section of Brooklyn, RoseAnne is known for always wanting to spend quality time with her friends and family, exploring great local restaurants all across Brooklyn and Manhattan, enjoying art galleries, concerts and dancing salsa at any chance possible. On a normal day, while RoseAnne is not working or entertaining and cooking for loved ones, she is focused on staying fit, taking group fitness classes, or meeting with a personal trainer to further her personal wellness goals.
