"As a first time home buyer, Roseanne was the perfect person to guide me through the process.  She educated me on various aspects and kept me informed of anything that I should be aware of along the way.  She is incredibly responsive and would be available at all times of the day/night to go over  contracts or answer any random question I might have.  She stayed on top of everything and remained very organized throughout which was also shown once we had closed as she (along with some unexpected gifts) provided me with a binder containing all contracts/forms involved in the process so that I have everything clearly documented.
