Rosie also oversees the Riley Smith Group lead generation department, managing the systems and strategies that ensure the team maintains a strong and consistent pipeline of opportunities. By monitoring performance and supporting the flow of inbound business, she helps position agents to succeed in Miamiās competitive real estate market.
