Rosie’s passion for real estate brought her to begin her real estate career in 2010 as a real estate investor. Rosie continues to work with investors and helps them find distress properties to fix and flip for a profit. However, Rosie’s primary focus is Residential Real Estate, she strongly believes a home is the most important purchase a person will make in their lifetime, her goal as a licensed Realtor is to help families find the ideal home and experience all the wonderful benefits homeownership has to offer.
Before becoming a licensed Realtor, Rosie worked in the hospitality industry for over 18 years. She worked 15 years for Marriott International in hotel sales with a proven record of exceeding sales objectives. As a top producing sales manager Rosie was able to acquire extensive experience in sales negotiations, dynamic selling and service excellence. Rosie’s knowledge and expertise assist to confidently negotiate the best deals for her clients. Her top priority is to provide service excellence, integrity and hard work to not only meet her clients’ expectations but exceed them, Rosie has a client-for-life business philosophy and she embrace’s it each day.
Rosie has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, she was born in Southern California and lived 8 years in Mexico where she became a fluent Spanish speaker. Rosie is married and has three amazing kids. Rosie enjoy’s living in San Diego, love’s to travel, and enjoy’s taking care of her body, mind and soul.
