"I have worked with Vlad for the last four years. He has helped me buy a condo, and more recently a house in Alexandria, VA. He truly prioritizes his client's best interest (even at the expense of his own--for example, encouraging me to rent out rather than sell my condo). He doesn't try to rush the process of finding the place that's right for you, and he has really excellent insights along the way. He isn't afraid to point out drawbacks to a house (many of which might not cross your mind at first glance), even when he sees you love it.
