He engages each client in a conversation as they buy, sell, or lease a piece of Austin. He doesn't focus on just closing a transaction but rather on creating and executing a real estate strategy that will help his clients build and maintain long-term financial health and wealth.
For buyers or renters: he will work with you to develop a budget and detailed wish list and present options tailored to your unique needs.
For sellers or landlords: he will analyze the market in your neighborhood and work with you to determine a marketing plan to get your home sold or leased quickly and at top dollar.
For investors: he will work with you to determine your wealth-building strategy (e.g., cash on cash, internal rates of return, cap rates), identify real property to include in your portfolio, and negotiate to get you the best deal.
For relocation clients: he assists clients in all aspects of relocation - from helping you determine which areas of the city are ideal for your family to advising you throughout the buying process in your move to Austin.
Always calm in a crisis, Ross can get the deal done and move things along effectively. His background as a hospital chaplain allows him to stay calm and focused; his experience as a doctoral candidate and researcher keeps him focused on the facts, ensuring his clients make data-driven decisions.
You can hear his booming laugh inside restaurants, coffee shops, and along the hiking trails. His good-natured demeanor helps make the buying and selling process enjoyable. Ross also spends his free time volunteering with St. David's Episcopal Church and the Episcopal Diocese of Texas. Ross currently lives in South Austin (Sunset Valley) with his wife Sarah, three kiddos, and German Shepherds Bear and Molly.
