As a trusted real estate advisor at Compass, Rowan Meadowsweet is known for his calm professionalism, deep market knowledge, and highly personalized approach. His goal is simple: to deliver exceptional service and measurable results for every client while maintaining the highest standard of integrity and care. Whether representing a townhouse seller, a first-time buyer, or an investor expanding their portfolio, Rowan is dedicated to making each step of the process seamless and strategic.
Rowan’s lifelong passion for design and architecture began early, inspired by his aunt Silvia, who founded a Brooklyn-based architecture firm in 2007. During his undergraduate years, he deepened his understanding of architecture and development while working as an assistant project executive for a leading New York City construction firm, and later joined a top producing sales team. There he gained extensive insight into the luxury market and helped manage a wide ranging portfolio of homes across Brooklyn and Manhattan. These experiences gave him a rare perspective that combines creative vision with practical expertise in how properties are designed, built, and sold.
Rowan’s practice spans sales, rentals, and new development, with a focus on data-driven pricing, strategic marketing, and strong negotiation. He believes that consistent communication is the foundation of a successful transaction and is known among clients and colleagues alike for his reliability, transparency, and follow through.
Before entering real estate, Rowan was an integral part of his stepfather’s start-up business, Milk Thistle Dairy Farm in the Hudson Valley. There he honed his work ethic from the ground up by helping build the farm’s infrastructure, tending to animals, and learning the value of dedication, persistence, and hands-on problem-solving.
