While many real estate agents learn real estate from contracts and classrooms, Chirico learned it through ownership, risk, negotiation, and firsthand experience building wealth through property herself. Roxanne Chirico purchased her first investment property in her twenties, years before she would go on to represent multimillion-dollar waterfront estates and luxury acquisitions across South Florida.
Today, as a celebrated Senior Agent with the nationally recognized Meyer Lucas Team at Compass, Chirico has become known for representing luxury buyers, sellers, investors, and developers throughout Palm Beach County and South Florida’s elite coastal communities. Her portfolio has included transactions exceeding $20 million, spanning oceanfront condominiums, Intracoastal estates, investment properties, and strategic land acquisitions. A first-generation American raised by proud Cuban parents, Chirico brings a unique combination of sharp business instincts, relentless work ethic, and warmth to every client relationship. Fluent in both English and Spanish, she has built a reputation for making high-level transactions feel seamless while fiercely advocating for her clients behind the scenes. Outside of real estate, she is a proud mom who enjoys boating, fishing, traveling, and spending time with her family and beloved dogs.
