Roxanne Sierra

After earning my degree in Community Studies and Legal Studies from the University of California, Santa Cruz, I launched a career in real estate and investment portfolios. I later expanded into mortgage lending, enabling me to offer clients a comprehensive range of services in home buying, selling, and investment portfolio development. My journey has been immensely diverse.

In addition to my 30 years of working in real estate, I serve the Bay Area community in several meaningful ways. I've served as an executive board member for Santa Clara County’s Low-Income Senior Housing initiative, a court-appointed expert witness, and a mentor for at-risk foster young adults facing housing instability.

Giving back is important to me, which is why I work part-time as a substitute teacher in the Palo Alto and Mountain View–Los Altos Union High School Districts.

My business is built on ethics, professionalism, and a deep commitment to client service—reflected in testimonials from satisfied clients who appreciate my focus on their best interests. I hold several professional affiliations and certifications, including membership in the California Association of Realtors (CAR), the National Association of Realtors (NAR), the Silicon Valley Association of Realtors (SILVAR), and designation as a Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist.

As an Alumni Associate Mentor at UC Santa Cruz, I have participated in mentorship support for first-generation college students in their academic and personal journeys. Above all, I am a proud mother of two accomplished adults and grandmother to five wonderful grandchildren—all living in the Bay Area.
