Royce Moriarty

Royce is a University of Washington graduate who grew up in Central Washington. He was exposed to the benefits of real estate investing at an early age as his family performed live-in flips every two years.

After establishing a career in Construction Management it quickly became clear to him that he wanted to challenge the typical W2 career path of working 40 years for a pre-determined annual raise. This is when he found his passion for real estate and financial independence.

After 5 years of experience in real estate, Royce now owns 3 properties between Denver and Seattle, including 7 rental units and 1 primary unit. In addition to being a real estate agent and property manager, Royce also has experience performing fix-and-flips and started a flipping business in 2024.  

Royce enjoys helping others jumpstart their investing careers by sharing tricks of the trade and lessons learned from his personal experience in rent by the room, STRs, LTRs, and the number of transactions he successfully closed for his flips and his clients. 

Outside of real estate, Royce enjoys golfing, skiing, CrossFit, reading, meditating, playing with his bulldog, and grabbing a beer or catching a football game with friends and family.
