Having been a Realtor since 2008. I have lived my entire adult life here in Lafayette while raising my three beautiful daughters. I have gone through many of life‘s ups and downs. The lessons learned from them have given me so much insight. These lessons have helped me to relate to so many of my clients at the diverse stages of their lives. The education that I have received within my Latter and Blum family along with passion for others gives me drive to help my clients get what they want. I have to say that I go above and beyond the criteria of an agent duties for my clientele. So many people have a perception that a realtor is just someone who drives around in a nice car, dresses well and shows houses. If that is all you’re getting with your realtor, you may want to shop around.

It’s important when choosing a realtor that you choose one who knows the contract, market, area and has relationships with people who all play a role to make your real estate transaction a pleasant experience. Knowing my clients needs Is what Is most important! It’s all about “Relationships”. Having a good relationship with my Broker, fellow agents, lenders, inspectors, Appraisers, movers, landscapers help to make the transaction happen.
