With more than 18 years of experience in hospitality and events management, Mia relocated to NYC in 2015, where she went on to successfully manage large-scale events for Union Square Hospitality and Arlo Hotels. During this time, she built a strong network of high-profile clients, further solidifying her reputation in the industry. Her seamless transition into real estate has been marked by her previous leadership as Director of Operations for high-performing New York City teams.
