About Ruben

I've lived in Nashville for almost 20 years, and I've been doing real estate here for a little over 8 years — 102 transactions, $51M+ in sales volume, buyers, sellers, first-timers, investors, flippers, builders, a little bit of everything.

Before real estate, I spent 13 years writing, recording, and touring in the Christian music industry. Which sounds like a weird resume for a realtor until you realize both jobs are just people, trust, and reliable follow-through. That's how I like to operate.

I won't pressure you into anything. If there's something off that I notice about a house, I'll flag it before you move forward on it. If the listing numbers won't work, I'll tell you that too and explain how we can reposition.

One of my favorite parts about real estate, especially on the investment side, is house hacking — figuring out how a house can actually work for you, and generate long-term wealth for your family. I've done this multiple times for myself and other clients and it's something I could chat about all day. I also love teaching this strategy!

Most of my work comes from people I already know sending their friends my way, and honestly, that's how I like it. If someone trusts me enough to send me a friend or family member, that's the biggest compliment I could ever get. And I take that seriously.

I live on the east side with my wife Megan and our kids Jude & Brooklyn. When I'm not working on a deal, you'll probably find us at a park, at Jenny's Ice Cream (Jude calls it "Jimmy's"), or on a restaurant patio somewhere in the neighborhood while our kids make us laugh.
