In 2024, Ruben Zapata embraced the vibrant city of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, as his new home, bringing with him a wealth of experience from his distinguished military career serving our nation as an active-duty member in the United States Marine Corps and as a private contractor in the public sector of Defense Manufacturing.  As a former active-duty member of the United States Marine Corps, Ruben has imbibed the core values of honor, courage, and commitment, principles he seamlessly integrates into his real estate practice. This unwavering dedication is reflected in his passion for advising clients during one of their most significant financial decisions—buying or selling their home.
