Ruchi's experience in leadership roles in the Technology and MedTech industries makes her an insightful and strategic advisor to her real estate clients. As a former investment banker, finance executive, and venture capitalist, Ruchi negotiated and executed over $2 Billion in Technology M&A transactions, managed teams, and managed budgets of over $1 Billion, while working for blue chip companies like Goldman Sachs and Hewlett Packard.

With her Tech background, Ruchi approaches real estate with a data driven mindset and attention to detail that her clients value. Her Finance background helps clients think through not just home buying and selling decisions, but also evaluate real estate from an investment perspective.

As a Menlo Park resident since 2005, Ruchi has hands-on experience in new home construction and can capably advise clients interested in new construction or remodel opportunities.
