Ruchi's approach to real estate is like that of a seasoned Silicon Valley executive. She brings extensive experience in the Technology and MedTech industries to her real estate practice. In her roles as an investment banker, finance executive, and venture capitalist, Ruchi has negotiated and executed over $2 Billion in Technology M&A transactions, managed teams, and managed budgets of over $1 Billion, while working for blue chip companies like Goldman Sachs and Hewlett Packard. She received her MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and her undergraduate degree from U.C. Berkeley. She also received an executive education in M&A and Negotiations from Stanford University.
With her Tech background, Ruchi approaches real estate with a data driven mindset and attention to detail that her clients value. Her Finance background helps clients think through not just home buying and selling decisions, but also evaluate real estate from an investment perspective.
As a Bay Area native, Ruchi grew up in Fremont. She and her husband have been Menlo Park residents since 2005. Ruchi has hands-on experience in new home construction and can capably advise clients interested in new construction or remodel opportunities.
