As the manager of a local real estate syndication, Rui has spent years in real estate market analysis, property acquisition, real estate development and marketing in Pasadena surrounding areas. Rui has proudly and successfully helped the syndication accomplish many million dollar home projects. Rui has earned her Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from University of California, Los Angeles, where she researched on the implementation of smart homes with green energy. She got her M.S. in Electrical Engineering from California Institute of Technology (Caltech). Before that, she got her B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Tsinghua University, China. She is fluent in English and Mandarin.
