Russ has many attributes that set him apart from other agents beginning with his deep knowledge of and familiarity with the Chicagoland area. Having been born and raised in Chicago, he knows the city and its diverse neighborhoods inside and out. Russ’s ability to unpack and articulate complex issues was developed working in the banking industry and his most recent work as a National Recruiting Coordinator for NCSA further deepened his ability to establish strong personal connections and his commitment to customer service.

At NCSA, Russ scouted and evaluated potential college athletes; his most valued role was helping families navigate the recruiting and college selection process. In this role, Russ partnered with people from all over the world, helping them identify educational goals, define priorities, obtain financing and arrive at final decisions on how to optimize their opportunities through NCSA. These experiences seamlessly transition to the skills and attributes needed to be a real estate agent that clients can trust to work on their behalf and successfully get the job done.

Russ currently resides in East Lakeview with his wife, Megan, and their dog, Ruby. He grew up in Lincoln Park, is a graduate of both St. Clements and St. Ignatius. He also attended and graduated from Illinois Wesleyan University where he had successful academic and baseball accomplishments.
