Russ Stein

Having had a weekend house in the area for many years, Russ and his family often flirted with the idea of moving out of New York City. In 2010 they made the leap and moved up to Berkshire County full time. Russ’ passion for renovation, diverse architecture and his daily obsession with reading the local home magazines convinced him that real estate would be an ideal profession.

Prior to his career in Real Estate, Russ brings over 25 years experience in the advertising sales arena including digital, broadcast, non-traditional, national and global. Russ has held senior sales and management positions at, Bloomberg AOL, Ebay and BBC  World where he was responsible for closing landmark advertising deals across multiple platforms. Prior to his career in ad sales, Russ had a background in theatrical film sales and direct marketing within the publishing arena. Russ holds a BA in English from New York University.

Russ is very knowledgeable about not only the Berkshires market but the bordering Columbia County market as well, having had a house on Copake Lake for many years.

Russ is a licensed real estate broker in both Massachusetts and New York.
